Career Coaching

Career coaching can help you when you are making important career decisions, if you are undergoing change or simply wanting to review your current status and explore future possibilities.

Our coaching program gives clients valuable ongoing support, equipping them with the resources that will assist them on their journey toward goal achievement.

Coaching sessions may be conducted in person, over the telephone, or via live teleconferencing, with each session lasting between 45 minutes and an hour.  Format and times for sessions are agreed at the beginning of the coaching program. Sessions times and format are flexible to suit the requirements of each client.

The Coaching program begins with an assessment of your current opportunities and challenges, establishes your desired outcomes and identifies your priorities for action.  During your program you  will work together with your coach to create empowering goals and develop strategies to achieve them.  In between sessions, your coach may ask you to complete specific actions that support the achievement of your goals.   Your coach may use a variety of assessments and models to support you and to increase your awareness of self and others.   Your coach will work with you to motivate, reinforce, encourage and support you so you remain focussed and on track toward achieving success.

All sessions are confidential.

Our career coaches are professional members of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA),  a national organisation of professionals in the career development industry which ensures that our services meet the highest professional standards.
