Improving Leadership Performance

The quality of leadership can determine the success or failure of an organisation, so improving your leadership capabilities, is one of the most effective ways to improve the performance of your business.  Designed to raise the performace of leaders, this program provides a tool for professional growth for managers and executives to help increase their leadership success.

 

In this program participants will complete an evaluation and have two sessions with a coach who will assist them to achieve increased effectiveness.  Participants will reflect on their performance, deepen their levels of understanding and implement new behaviours.  Together with their coach, they will develop strategies to improve their leadership, communication, personal, interpersonal and cognitive skills.

 

This program will improve leadership performance in the areas of:-

  •  self leadership
  •  communication
  •  social leadership
  •  decision making
  •  delegation
  •  job satisfaction
  •  managing change

 

This program can be conducted online or face-to-face.

 

This program can also be extended with ongoing coaching to support the participant during the development process.
