Increase Employee Effectiveness at Work

For employees to sustain their motivation and maintain performance excellence at work they need to become more engaged and find meaning in what they do.  This program is designed to enable individuals to learn more about themselves so they can capitalise on their strengths, maintain motivation and reach their full potential at work.   It is designed to increase self understanding and enhance employee personal and professional effectiveness.


As each participant works through this program, they will learn about features of their personal style that influence their approach to tasks, the ways they interact with their work colleagues and deal with everyday problems and tasks.


Each participant will complete an evaluation and have three sessions with a career practitioner who will help them to identify their strengths and areas for development, set goals and outline a plan to help them improve their personal effectiveness to enable them to achieve more success at work.


This can contribute to increased productivity, sustained motivation, improved workplace relationships and staff retention.


This program can be delivered online or face-to-face.
