Employee career transition programs provide personalised support and guidance to employees who are preparing to leave their employment due to redundancy.   We provide personalised support to ensure employees receive the assistance they need to successfully move forward in their careers.

Personal Support Career Counselling and Career Direction Guidance

A skills audit, interests assessment, education and training assessment and career action plan are conducted with the employee, to aid in empowering them to transition through this stage and map the appropriate next steps.


Practical Job Search Assistance

This service can also be provided to support the employee through the process of preparing job applications, formulating resumes and interview preparation. We work with the employee to help them remain competitive in the current job market.
